This company is not transparent, they will not return calls nor emails. Shady company.

This management company has consistently failed, and even outright refused, to proactivly follow up behind vendors providing services to the community. They receive a large fee to oversee a major roofing and siding repair project, but did not allocate additional personnel to the project out of those funds. Instead they only shuffled homeowner complaint over to the vendors. If a homeowner was offsite, renting their property out, or didnt directly complain they did nothing to correct obvious issues. Additionally, they have failed to consistently uphold all rules and covenants of the community. As a result we have seen our property deteriorate and become largely unkempt over the time they have managed our property. Just say no if your community is looking to hire this company.

The biggest jokeMoved into my house 2 months ago. My house had a parking ban. Two vehicles for my household we banned from parking anywhere in my community through the parking page, which is ridiculous because one was a California license that just moved here, and the other a brand new car that hadn't been to a Madison ran facility. We had attempted to contact them numerous times in the first week of living in the house through email and phone and no response. My girlfriend and I, the homeowners, had to park our vehicles in the visitor parking and register them to other houses in the neighborhood while the other two cars used our driveway due to the ban, which is apparently against the rules. Funny thing about the rules, they were supposed to send me a welcome packet when we moved in with the rules, regulations, and other information we had to fill out. Never received one until I called and emailed the other day, 2 months after I move in. I was told there was very important information in there that needed to be filled. If you can see it's not filled out on your end, you would think one would continue to reach out and send to make sure that packet was received and information filled out.Fast forward. My car now has a ban. Found out when I came home from work. I go inside my house to change, take my dogs out, and move my girlfriend's car to that spot, and I was towed.I call numerous people and finally get ahold of Kirsten. She tells me that when I moved in, they were in a transitional period because the person who was supposed to send my packet and that I tried to contact quit. But I had called numerous numbers. I tell her my situation and that it's on them for never sending us the rules, for having my house banned, for having our cars banned before we move in, and they need to remedy. I now have to pay $200 to get my car out of towing due to their incompetence and their inability to keep staff.This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with and my fellow homeowners and I are going to do everything we can to get rid of them. Absolutely incompetent. What a joke.I have attached emails I sent after I moved in that I never got responses to
