Just bought a house with the help of Wanda and Bonnie, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. They were both looking out for my best interest at all times, which was truly wonderful. They listened to me when I was talking about what I wanted and provided their feedback on what they thought about certain aspects of each property we looked at, which was definitely A LOT haha. They were so extremely patient with me and my slow process, and were also very understanding. Thank you so much Bonnie and Wanda, it was a real pleasure to work with you and will recommend you to anyone who comes asking for a realtor.

I rented with Heth Realty for 5 years with zero issues. Communicating with Mrs. Wanda Franklin was excellent. Repairs were addressed quickly and professionally! Definitely recommend to anyone!

I'm so very pleased with my housing agent Mrs.Wanda Franklin she not only seen me thru moving in my place but when there was a issue she act fast to help.

Do not use this company and don't worry, I'll explain why! To start I have rented in this area for 16 years and never has anyone done any of this, so if you think this is standard I assure you it is not and no other companies do this(but hey I've only rented in the same 60 blocks of neighborhood for my entire life so far). They asked for a $175 application fee just to run a $50 background check and email the owner to ask if they would accept a 13-year-old 40lbs lab. Then they asked for another $175 pet application fee( I didn't know you had to run a background check on a dog) . Thank god I chose to wait before paying the pet fee. Otherwise, I would have been SCAMMED for another $175. After being denied by the owner which is very reasonable if they don't want bigger dogs I was told the money is non-refundable but I could apply for more apartments within 5 days (it took them 3 days to respond to my emails because it was the weekend, red flag #1 from a property management comapnay) most people apartment or house shop on the weekends. Then, after stating my concerns about how they conduct business, they offered 10 days for me to apply to another apartment. They have 5 options in the area as I'm guessing no one uses them and non of them are adequate for my needs so basically a good business at this point would offer my money back beyond what was already spent or offer a minimum of 45days for them to get new listings. They did not, also they are very rude and bait you to get angry so they can justify keeping your money. Stay away! I'm safe financially, so I don't mind the scam out of hopes that someone tighter on cash reads this and stays away or just doesn't like being taken advantage of. If this is an intelligent business they will refund me so I rewrite this post but I'm guessing they won't. Stay away unless you have $175 to $350 to just give away. Also if you aren't buying a home they also treat you terrible and make it impossible to see potential units. If you are a landlord use someone else and if you are a renter just assume you do all the work and still get treated bad while being extorted for money. Terrible business
