I was pleased with the team at Hover Girl Properties during my recent real estate transaction. Joy was helpful in her role as transaction broker since I did not come to the transaction with an agent of my own. The house I purchased is an older house and it had quite a few inspection issues that needed to be addressed. Joy helped me go through the repair request list, presented it to the buyers and we reached an agreement on repairs with her help.

Another disappointing and frustrating PM company! I keep hoping to find one that is worthy of MY time and very hard-earned money. I am the customer, not YOU, and I will never be one of yours and Ill make sure I spread the word. So heres how my week went experiencing this company for the first, and last, time. I should have read the reviews before naively reaching out to the agent on this rental house at 5328 Beatle Ct, in Jacksonville, that I was really excited about. Maddy started off being somewhat responsive, but the communication quickly took a turn for the worse when, as a single woman and single income wage earner, I asked if it were possible to lower the asking price from the over-inflated $2k/mo, after sitting on the market for almost 50 days, to a rental price that made sense ($1700 to $1850) since I intend to be a very long-term tenant. I was thrilled when she replied that it was possible and she asked if I could sign a lease by May 1 since the price would be reduced. I replied immediately to say that if all goes well after touring the property, I would be willing to sign a lease as early as possible and pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of April. I was very excited until she stopped responding altogether. I sent her a follow up email at 8:36a, Apr. 11, letting her know I am very interested and dont want to miss this opportunity. She finally replied 12 hours later to say another interested party that she showed the home to on Monday, Apr. 9, MAY apply. She never mentioned this during our initial conversation on Tuesday, Apr. 10, and she gave me the impression that my request to negotiate could work. She asked me to send her a copy of my legal, state ID, which I did with great reluctance since I dont know her or this company. I also sent her a screenshot of my excellent credit score (which in the original listing was called out to be one of the mandatory requirements to apply, but that verbiage has been removed from the listing, now). Its VERY difficult for a single, female income wage earner to find affordable homes in safe areas in Jacksonville. I explained my situation to her, that the owners of the condo Ive been renting for five years are listing the condo for sale, and she gave me hope that her firm was different and that they truly care about the human condition and not just getting the highest bidder into their rentals. Its very disappointing to learn I was wrong and that she strung me along with false hope. Once again, greed has won over compassion and human decency. Ive marked Hover Girl Properties off my list of approved management companies. She didnt even offer alternatives that they represent that ARE in my desired price range! Terrible service and terrible relationship building skills. Better to know now than to find out later. PS - After reading the poor reviews from the owners of the homes you manage(d) so poorly, and seeing your outright nasty replies to others who had similar negative experiences, proves that you conduct your business poorly and your agents have zero relationship building skills. Have fun with all of your profit-losing properties at 20, 30, 40, 60+ DOM!

We have worked with Hover Girls Property Management for around 4.5 years at the time of this post. We appreciate that they have quick with assisting us for any service needs. They have stayed true to their word and worked hard to make things right if there were any concerns. They have been reliable for us and we appreciate that!

Hey! I gotta say, Hover girl they are absolutely fantastic! They are a total game-changer. Their services are top-notch, and they are so friendly and helpful. I can't recommend them enough if you're looking for an awesome rental experience. They are the real MVPs
