        Im not sure how or why this company has 5 stars. But from my experience you cant contact anyone and that is very frustrating. And when you reach out to them you get no response. Its like they dont care I also put in request to fix repairs in my apt which is a month late now and never got done. My Apt building just switched from Sun Coast which i think was better because atleast you could actually talk to someone to Prop Voice. I also have no way of knowing about my rent or where to send it. Also this company does not have an online portal so you can keep with payments or request which they should have since you never hear from them and can notnget them on the phone. No 1 has contacted us about rent how to pay or check our stats, and no repairs or maintenance request has been done. Also unprofessional I overheard managment gossiping about the tenants. This company is terrible I definatly prefer SunCoast
