I rented a property that was managed by Pacifico Properties for three years in Jacksonville Florida. In that time Peter and his team have been extremely responsive, accommodating and understanding. They use a digital app for paying rent and scheduling maintenance, they ensure the home is in tip top shape annually and repair things proactively. I have never had such an amazing property management experience as a renter. I would refer my family and friends in a heartbeat to any property managed by Peter. Thanks again Peter and I hope our paths cross again!!

Peter helped us find our first home. He was amazing and talked us through the entire process. As first time home buyers, he was a great help. We then, a few years later, decided to sell, and of course went back to Pacifico Properties where we worked with Jason. Jason is hands down the go to man, he helped us get everything we wanted, answered any questions we had, and was always available. If youre looking to buy or sell Pacifico Properties is the way to go.

I wholeheartedly recommend Pacifico Properties for anyone looking to manage, buy, or sell a property. Pacifico Properties flawlessly managed our townhome rental property for over a year while my wife and I were out of the local area.
