    Let me start by saying not much scares me BUT Critters. What is worse, critters in my house that I can hear! Ty literally responded within minutes of my request online, all before 7am. Was super thorough and made me feel secure the problem is resolved. I cannot recommend more! Thank you Ty, you rock!

    If I could give this company "0" stars I would. They have misleading business practices. I moved into a new neighborhood and was bombarded by pest control companies. One in particular was Knox, the gentleman came out and informed me regarding their services offered and cost. I explicitly informed him I did not want a contract obligation and all other services I currently have started (i.e. lawn care, internet, etc.) were being setup with no contract commitment. He assured me that would not be the case and proceeded to request initial payment in order to setup the account, that he would accept cash on the spot (*first red flag I should have caught). I took him at his professional word and proceeded, fast forward 6 months and I no longer want to continue service as I am transitioning to my lawn care company to also take care of my pest control needs at a fraction of the cost Knox charges. I called to inform Knox and I was presented with a contract obligation for 12 months and if I do not proceed with the last two treatments I need to pay for the cost of those two treatments in order to cancel the account. I have no complaints regarding the tech who performed the service, he is extremely nice and hardworking, as well as the scheduler. She is professional and courteous, unfortunately their sales, or whoever the person going around soliciting new accounts is completely unethical, going around signing home owners to annual contracts while lying to their faces and collecting their hard earned money. Would not recommend this company as they allow that type of employee to be their front facing customer representative. Go with other local providers that are more reputable. As I will proceed once I complete the two remaining obligated services.

    Have had a horrible odor in our house for over a month. We rent and have tried to get people to come out to assess the situation. Each time we were left still smelling this awful smell. Thank goodness for this company and Ty. He came out one time and walked out with a 20lb raccoon from our attic It was so big it would have taken months to decay. Quick and easy removal. So so glad my candles will finally smell like candles again Def recommend

Our sales representative in that office that you worked with has many years of experience in this industry and, of all the hundreds of accounts that he has worked with on our behalf, has never solicited a review like what was posted. The service agreement that he presented to you and that you voluntarily signed is not a complicated one. It isn’t like the stacks of paperwork that one signs when purchasing a car or buying a house. It is a single page (front and back) document that clearly outlines terms and conditions. It is also important to note that our company, like many others, accepts multiple forms of payment to include cash, checks, and various credit cards. Most businesses that we are aware of do accept US currency, and their doing so shouldn’t raise any “red flag”. Our family has been operating in this industry for over 90 years.
