        I have been trying to set up a simple appointment for 2 weeks. I've called all hours and every day, not once has someone answered the phone. I've left several messages, call returned once (I was working of course). Decided this isn't worth it. If I were a patient I'd be livid at how terrible their response time is. Don't waste your time trying to reach them.

        Went for a consultation and the service was terrible. The orthodontist was great but having to deal with the people at the front desk is a no for me.... Got orthodontics elsewhere.
