Hands down, St. Johns Pediatric Dentistry is the best in the business. All of our children respond differently while in their chairs, but their level of care never changes. Their care remains outstanding! They have consistently taken care of our children's dental needs, no matter what that may be, with excellence and attention to detail. Both dentists always remember our children's names and have become outstanding role models for our children to look up to. The culture of kindness and professionalism at this practice is next level. We are so thankful for every employee that makes this business what it is! We are huge fans!!

I needed to edit my review to also mention that the Endo MD (McClure) we saw initially was also FANTASTIC! Since the sedation for peds only occurs once or twice a month, trying to find availability for an endo, dentist AND an anesthesiologist to all be in the same place, at the same time, is a nightmare! I thought, "oh gosh, they're going to have to schedule the appt 3-4 months down the road just to get everyone in the same room together!" Well, it wasn't a nightmare at all! Ms. Theresa presented her first available date of April 3rd, and Dr. McClure said he would make himself available to take care of my daughter, if that time worked for everyone else. I was shocked! That was only about 4 weeks out-AMAZING! If I could give 10 stars to this place, I would! My VERY anxious daughter was referred to the endodontist, which is "attached" to the peds general dentistry office. We were sent there to coordinate sedation, between the endo and peds suite, but the peds office went ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate us. They had no clue we were coming, since we were only on the endo schedule, but as soon as we were walked over to the peds side, Ms. Theresa went to work getting my insurance, films, pt info, etc., to facilitate our visit as quickly as possible. I actually felt bad that we had just bombed their schedule, but they treated us like we were VIPs. After she got her films, we barely made it to the exam room before Dr. Sullivan (female) came in to evaluate her. She spent no less than 25-30mins going over the films with me, discussing ALL of my options, and then explaining, in detail, exactly how the sedation process would go, and how they work together with the endo MD to complete the necessary treatment (which I decided to have all endo & general dentistry done there, at one time). We were only sent there for the endo procedure, and to utilize the peds suite for sedation, but after speaking with their staff, my kids won't go anywhere else for their dental needs! Being in the medical field, I know what good patient care AND customer service look like, but you rarely find both at the same place. Well, I found it!

I have been taking my now 16 year old here for many years. I can not say enough wonderful things about this practice. Starting from the front desk ladies to the hygienist and the absolute wonderful Drs Susie and Laura. They take such genuine care of the kids to make sure they are comfortable and not afraid to go come back. My son actually looks forward to going. They communicate everything in detail and advise of things that could happen if certain care is not taken. I can not say enough about this office. Thank you all for your continued care not only to my child but to our community. It is very much appreciated.

I love this group! We have been coming here for a few years and I always felt comfortable that practitioners will take a good care of my child. The most impressive that you dont see these days they call you at the end of the day to check up on your child as long as I remember. They take time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions.
