Im terrified of the dentist, but Dr. DeLucia and his staff are very professional and make you feel very comfortable with their procedures...him and his staff are Amazing!

I'm really glad I found Dr. DeLucia when I was looking for a dentist with this bad tooth yesterday. His staff is outstanding and you get that old fashion medical care that seems to be non-existent in other family practices. I highly recommend Dr. DeLucia.

Doc D. Was very informative and not condescending about why my teeth were so bad. I told him that I hadn't been to a dentist in over 30 years and all he said WE will take care of you. I appreciated that. Made me more relaxed. Explained everything in detail and made recommendations. The only downfall was it couldn't be done the same day. But was told it was an insurance issue. Anyway, would highly recommend.

My husband and I loved coming to Dr DeLucia. He is very personable and the staff is great. However, if you are late by a few minutes he will charge you. Also, they ended up changing their cancel policy from 24 hour notice to 48 and never informed us. Again, another change. After several attempts and apologizing perfusley, they refused to waive the $50 charge then cancelled my husbands appointment, without notice! My husband took off of work to come to the appointment and was told he had to pay for that days visit, and make another appointment to be seen. Why in the world would we pay for a visit.no one seen at? Again, I used to love everything about this staff and the dr. But the treatment and the disrespect this office has caused us as a long time patient is ridiculous! Take your business else where! Then while trying to call to figure out why my husbands appointment was cancelled without notice and then still expecting us to pay that days cost (again, he was not seen)my calls were unanswered or a phone was hung up in my face! Was the $50 charge really worth losing patients? Take your business elsewhere!
