Highly recommend that you run criminal background check on this company's employees. Ask for proof that this business complies as a drug-free work place.

this company has some good employees, to bad the owners Son run the company.. We got some work done by this company, during the time the job was going on, Larry Jr came out and we over heard his conversation... Couldn't believe what we was hearing, especially after how hard the guys who were painting for us worked.. Saying things like "I wont lose any sleep over firing any of you guys" "your replaceable" ... Its like he had a meeting and didn't know ppl was over hearing him.. The guys didn't do anything, so we started checking into this, comes to find out Larry Jr is on meds, one of his supervisors is suppose to be on meds for a bi-polar disorder and had not been taking this, this is what led to the meeting and the conversation we over heard.. never in my life have I heard a employer talk to there workers this way in the field, after this, we went online and noticed there was a non stop ad running on craigslist for this painting company, one that had been there for awhile, years to be factual, they run craiglist ads, work guys, treat them like trash, then throw them away, no matter if the companys supervisor is at fault or not, Larry Jr does not know how to run a company, nor does he know how to address the issues within this company, avoid them at all costs, its better to do some homework when looking for a painting company, there is some really good ones at the beaches, this company should not exist, we even asked for a partial refund and gave Larry Sr & Larry Jr the reasons why..
