        I was trying to sell my house and was told that some painting needed to be complete. I got an estimate from Professional Painting and was told that I had to pay 20% so that the price does not go up and to be put on their  schedule. I sold my house and the buyer did not want it painted he wanted the money to do other repairs buy a licensed contractor. I tried contacting Professional Painting for 4 days to inform them that we will not be doing the painting. When I finally got a hold of them I was told that I was out of that money even though they did not complete and services on my house. At no point was I ever informed that the 20% down was nonrefundable. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on their customer service.

        Been through two bathroom remodels with this guy, and both times he did an excellent job. Moses is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. If hes too busy to come over and paint or hang drywall, we wait. We just wouldnt consider anyone else.
