Lakeside Dental Surgery Center

This was the best experience I could've asked for! I was very nervous & so was my daughter but once we got there & met the staff we both were at such an ease! My daughter has bad anxiety especially with doctors & dentist but she was completely calm & happy all morning! The staff just made everyone so comfortable right from the start!! I will def be returning it in future my kids need anything done!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

I can't express my gratitude enough for having a place like Lakeside Surgery Center. 4 years of watching my daughter suffer in tremendous pain as her teeth were rotting out of her mouth and feeling so guilty for being unable to do anything to fix it has finally come to an end. My daughter is 17 and autistic/special needs. She is typically a fighter when it comes to medical procedures. She was treated with love, dignity and compassion. She was the most calm I've ever witnessed and it's all due to everyone of the staff being calm and gentle. Not everyone is cut out to work with children but all the staff has an excellent bedside manner with the children and their parents. My daughter only screeched when she got to the operating room. I was still in the recovery room where her pre op was started. Yes, it's tough watching your child be so scared and trusting someone else to care for them like a parent would. I know it's best to stay back and let the staff handle things from a certain point because parents sometimes unknowingly make things worse. I also know it's for her own good. I got a little teary but I knew she'd be fine and happy to finally be out of pain. It was comforting to know that Miss Sam allowed my daughter to hug on her as they began her anesthesia. I was kept completely updated as things progressed...she had a lot of work to be done. She's recovering at home just fine. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Lambert, Dr. Wheatley, Sam and ALL the rest of the staff at LDSC. Thank you for those that decided to build this much needed asset for the children that need it the most. You all are truly a Godsend.

If I could give 10 Stars I would! Absolutely amazing staff and doctors! Beautiful facility! I am beyond impressed! They took such amazing care of our daughter and made us so comfortable! I love love this facility and all of their staff members! I can't speak highly enough!

Amazing team of doctors and nurses here! From the moment we walked in until discharge we felt welcomed, safe, and in good hands! The facility is very clean and the waiting room was relaxing while my little guy went back. Thank you all!!!

I tried my hardest to go back with my son to be his calm while they put him to sleep (which is what I've always been able to do), but they wouldn't let me. My son is autistic and he was not allowed to have his mother help be his calm and let him know it will be ok. I was told he "held it all by himself and did so well". But my son who is very honest to the point he tells on himself if he does something wrong had the mask forced onto him and held down until he fell asleep. I asked him why he didn't tell me before and he said because you were not there. I tried explaining to him that they wouldn't let me be with him or I would have been. It breaks my heart, but I won't be taking no for an answer ever again in the future. I won't let my sweet boy feel abandoned and alone because it may inconvenience them by 2 minutes. The dentist on the other hand is 5 star.
