I always have a wonderful experience with multiple people that work. I get dip and they really do a nice job and are attentive to details. Thank you!

I never post reviews but I had to for this place. I used to get my nails dipped when I lived in Louisiana 6 years ago. Just regular manicures since I've been living in Jax. Decided to start having them dipped again. I decided to not focus on the bad reviews and try this place myself. What do I have to lose....if I'm not happy I won't go back. I definitely will be going back. Tu did my nails and did a phenomenal job. I did not feel rushed at all and she really took the time to make them beautiful. Some nail places make you feel rushed but not here. Wanted them done for Easter with a special cross design representing Jesus. I showed her a photo of a cross with with the purple robe representing how pure Jesus is. Look at these photos. Im beyond happy and will be back in about a month to have them done for my big birthday :)

*This is my second time trying this place out* all I have to say is theyre SO RUDE! I have absolutely never had such a horrible customer service experience in my life. I called and asked for an appointment at 5:15. The girl repeated 5:15 back to me. I then show up at 5:10. The guy at the front desk with the horrible looking veneers (Steve?) checks me in and says youre too early so youll have to wait in a rude tone. I then said I was only 5 minutes early. He then lets me wait for THIRTY MINUTES. At 5:40 a female walked in with an appointment for 5:45 who he immediately let go back to her nail stylist and be rude to her about being too early. He then approached me and tells me Ill have to wait a little bit longer. I asked if it would be 30 minutes or longer and he replies yes. He then brought me his appointment book and said that I was confused because Im down at 6:30 not 5:15 (for reference Im 25). I then explained how I clearly told the person on the phone 5:15 and they repeated 5:15 back to me. He didnt apologize for their mistake or offer to expedite things. He made me feel like it was my fault that they put me down for 6:30. This place sucks avoid at all costs! Last time I didnt make an appointment and they scolded me for not making one because it was inconvenient for them. Well guess what now I make one and they still complain. Theyre incapable of being kind whether you make an appointment or not.
