Amazing nails but having an appointment means nothing. Took 2 hours for gel and acrylics.

As a past customer hereI walked in today & they refused to replace one nail for me. I had a full set done 3 days ago in Orange Park & had an event to attend nearby this salon. They told me that the price would be $53 to replace one nail & shape them! Afterwards they refused by saying they couldnt match it but that was not my concern..I explained to them that I was flexible, understood & that would not be a problem for me because it could be an accented nail with design or glitter. The nail tech was nice but the female lady who she said was the owner is who said to both of us that they can not do my nails there. I went across the street & they did not have an attitude & was happy to assist me! The cost was $15 & it tipped them double!

I went to the shop for the first time to get a fill in, not one time did they mention to me that powder was too expensive for them to do my whole nail so the lady proceeds to fill in the gaps then looks at me and say your done I have three different color powder on my nails she cuts my nails way to short no filling nothing first time in my life I walked out with out paying this is the worst place to go I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Judy does such a good job on my nails! She does the lines perfectly and they last for so long. Thank youuuuu.
