Hang Nail Care

The lady was not friendly did not want to do my nails and kept telling me they were too long for a feel in ,you can't have three different polish colors, lots of things that were extra that I have never been charged for at another nail salon. I was going to be charged extra for my fill-in nails being too long but I also had to pay to get them cut down. She just did not want to do my nails. They did not even welcome me when I walked in no one said anything.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Im not one to write reviews but my experience warrants a review. After having acrylics on for two weeks I came in to remove acrylics (done elsewhere) with quite a bit of natural nail growth. With poor communication, the nail tech who removed my acrylic cut all length off jaggedly, and shaped nails in all funky shapes with little effort, no continuity, and more distracted by the tv than the client in her chair. Will never recommend! Peace of advice to Hangs employees: treat the small walk-in with respect and you may earn a new customer, but poor service drives away many customers. Service: Synthetic nail removal
