Took my friend there yesterday for a pedicure and new acrylic nails . Very clean inside, professional and friendly staff. Great location. Recommend this nail salon.

My toes were amazing .. Thank you tanga for saving my hands you are the best. Make an appointment if you want a specific person but they except walking. Also sign up for there reward program if you plan on going more than one time.

I've been a loyal nail customer for 5 yrs. Today I experienced an unfortunate incident. While getting a pedi, two women of color entered the establishment. They requested a familiar tech for a manucure who wasn't available. A male employees sitting off to the side said there were no techs available. A side note there were 3 visible patrons being served for what they requested. The male tech loudly proclaimed "no service available". To the two women. They asked if they could wait. Again, he loudly proclaimed. "No service available ". Anyone who has entered a nail salon knows that one can wait until a tech is free to procure service. Again for a third time he loudly proclaimed, no service. I asked my tech was he the salon manager. Her reply was "no". Apparently, he took the liberty upon himself to screen walk in customers. The two potential walk in patrons were not provided with any salon options or customer care. Just appalling rudeness from a rogue salon employee. How sad and unfortunate. Riverside has lost a valued customer. Perhaps some diversity training would help. All customers are valued. As soon as the women left a tech appears from around the back. Ummhmm. Can't make this ish up.
