Absolutely love this nail salon! Best in town! The employees are so nice and efficient in everything they do! My feet love getting pampered by them! Great atmosphere, friendly service, great pricing and more! Highly recommend! 10 outta 10!

Ive been coming into VK Nails for the past two years & Ive had great reviews & some bad. For as long as I can remember, Ive had the worst luck with one of the nail techs there who goes by the name Houston I believe. He had a slight attitude when I requested a French tip with a thin layer of acrylic.. & told me hes been doing nails for years & basically doesnt need to be told how to do it. Theyre usually understaffed when I go & they usually put me with him. Unfortunately, I cant think of a time where my fingers & nails didnt bleed after my appointment with him. He is very rough & rushes to get the job done, which has resulted in several nail infections, and swollen, bloody/bruised fingers (see pictures below) including my most recent visit, where all of my fingers were bleeding when I left. He was wiping blood off of my fingers & would go over the cuts again with the nail drill/nail file some more to make them bleed even more & then he would dig his fingernails deep into the wounds as hard as possible for whatever reason why. Leaving me in severe pain. (See pictures below) & on top of that, I noticed they dont disinfect any of the nail tools there. I wanted to give them one last chance but I think this was my last visit with them and Ill be going to a new salon.

Quite literally the worst pedicure Ive ever gotten. I was there for nearly 1.5 hours for a classic pedicure and ended up with the worst polish job Ive ever seen. The nail tech was rough, didnt have a steady hand, and cut my nails way too short without asking me. First time Ive ever left without paying. Once I told him I was unhappy and that I was not paying, I left in tears. He followed me to my car (huge red flag) and asked me to pay. I told him I was not paying as I had already wasted an hour and a half of my time for the worst pedicure Ive gotten. He said he didnt understand English very well so two women came out to the parking lot and asked me to come inside and explain what happened. I went back inside to at least give them the feedback and let them see in person. One woman did motion for me to come back to the pedicure chairs, Im assuming to fix my toes, but I told them I was so upset I didnt want to waste any more time and left.
