Fresh Nails

We had appointments for four people on a Sunday afternoon. When we arrived, they were not prepared for the four of us. They did not seat us together. Then, the technician doing my daughter's nails completely missed one of her toenails and her gel polish was chipping by Monday night. I will not be returning.

I love this nail salon. All the employees are so friendly. They always offer me something to drink and even remember my name! The main reason I love it though is they take their time and do things right! No rushed pedicure like so many other places! Great place!

Just wanted to say, Sunshine did my nails, I am absolutely in love with them. The previous set I got from a different salon in TN was very disappointing so I went here to see if I could get what I originally wanted and she did amazing. I came a bit close to close and she was still sweet, patient, and worked efficiently on my nails! The prices was good too. Highly recommend her!

Within a week 2 of my acrylics popped all the way off. While I was there the dryer was thrown on top of my gel polish ruining the manicure and was not fixed. They used a drill to cut my LIVE cuticles off leaving scabs around the edges of all my fingertips. Put alcohol on the cuts they gave me. Asked for a gel polish with flower design and was forced into French tip acrylic nails long and ghetto as hell. Oh and I told them it was 3 days before my wedding so they gave me the best that day. My hands were ruined for my wedding. Will never return.

just got the laziest pedicure I've ever gotten from i think a manager? owner? whoever it was answered the store phone during my pedicure to schedule another client; which was not my issue with the service. the issue was that at the end of the pedicure, I had concerns about the subpar job he did on my pedicure (the gel color did not cover my nails entirely and the color is nearly see through, so I asked why it looked like only one layer of color) and almost immediately he barked "well you don't have to freak out" which I was not. but this something I've heard is a repeat issue with this manager; blaming his customers for their dissatisfaction. after accusing me of freaking out, he and another coworker tried separately to offer to fix it but I didn't have all day for them to fix something that should have been done right in the first place. if you can't take questions or criticism about the service you provide, maybe you aren't meant to work in customer service. I certainly won't be going back. this new ownership doesn't compare to the old crew that used to work at this location
