Dep Nails Spa Jacksonville

Very poor service. Came in for pedicure and dip nails. I had a gift card I purchased this year. When I first arrived, I asked the front desk the amount on the gift card. They told me an amount. When time to pay, they told me the gift card was expired. I know it was purchased this year, not to mention if they believed it was expired then why tell me it had money left when I asked before services were rendered. The front desk called the owner in my presence. The owner was very unprofessional and refused to honor the gift-card! Also, without asking, they added a clear coat of gel on top of the color dip and charged an additional fee. I never asked for a gel top coat. Nor was I asked if they could add it. Very disappointed and will not be back.

They can not do designs at all! I showed a picture of what I wanted at the beginning of the service but once it came to make the design the lady doing my nails could not do it at all. I ended up asking for a French instead and even the French nail couldnt be done.

I walked in without an appointment and was taken right away. The lady that did my manicure and pedicure was very nice. My issue is with the nail polish used. I paid extra for gel so it would last longer, two hours after leaving the polish started to peel off on two of my nails the gel polish seemed to have bubbled and peeled off completely. I did not use any chemicals or anything else that would cause this to happen. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
