I have change the rating from 3 starts to 5. After Zippy saw my original review, they immediately contacted me and have resolved the charges I was not happy about. That is outstanding customer service!!! [Original Review]Service was great and very efficient. The container arrived on time - was also picked up on time. But..... BE CAREFUL!!! I used this service to do a move of a small container from Florida to Massachusetts. To load and unload the contents, only take about 2 hours each. I was charged a $200 monthly rental!! Crazy - the entire move took just a few days. Then they added on a fuel surcharge $200. They con you. I asked customer service and they are refusing to remove these charges. DON'T USE THESE GUYS - There are hidden charges they do not tell you about. Disapointed and frustrated

Save yourself from this experience. Overpromising and under-delivering. My units were scheduled to be picked up on the 19th. Two days later, they were still in my driveway. The 8-10 business day delivery of my pods were impacted and pushed back until AFTER the July 4th holiday. Customer service agents, sales reps and managers had different explanations, different communications and different timelines. The compensation for this experience was $100 on a $6k order. Not acceptable by any standard. Go with a more reputable organization.
