Amber, Kenny & guys were so awesome for my move. They did EVERYTHING from packing to loading & unloading. Best movers in town!

From the start this was a great experience! Mandi has excellent phone etiquette and there was a quick turn around from the time I made my request to the time the job was completed. Kenny and the 3 guys that arrived to move my NordicTrack X22i, were also polite and efficient. This beast is heavy and the 4 of them picked it up and moved it from my kitchen to the new room. Colton was even kind enough to put back the carpet I moved! I will use Ocean Movers again and recommend them!

I hired Ocean Movers because they are accustomed to moving and storing entire homes for military families. I moved from Fleming Island to Daytona Beach, with a year and a half of storage in between. I have a grand piano and outdoor fountain to name a few of the challenging pieces. Now that I'm settled into my new home I can say that nothing, NOTHING was damaged in their care for all this time! I'm beyond relieved. Kenny was amazing and professional the entire time and so was his team. The heat index was over 100 the day of my move to Daytona and they never showed lack of energy or enthusiasm when I changed my mind about where I wanted things. The biggest concern I had at the end of it all was that I wish I would've been able to tip them even more! This move meant the world to me and Ocean Movers delivered.

I was super excited about our move I read this company reviews and most of them was good. I even expressed this to the company I would like to have a smooth move. Well it started off good but didnt end that way. One of the movers showed me a piece on my bed he broke and I said okay Ill get with your manager . Then he tells me its not a major piece on the bed. Im like if it was no need it wouldnt be on there . I called ocean movers and spoke to the lady in the front office that sounded like she has no care in the world about my furniture. At this point Im super mad cause this is an expensive new bed . She told me to take pictures I did and also showed the movers the other side of my bed that they tried to cover up that was damaged. At the end of the move they send a man to collect he was aware of what happened as well. He didnt give any kind of apology take anything off nothing. I would never recommend this company my move was on 6/10 and still havent heard anything.

From the start, I was very impressed with the timeliness of communication through the process of getting a quote and in scheduling the move. Compared to other quotes I received, they were very competitive. And I was equally as impressed with George and his crew, Colton and Cihan, as they worked to complete the job. I could tell George was well-trained in prepping the items for loading, packing the truck, directing his crew and offloading everything without any damage. In my past corporate life, I have been the inside person in sizable organizations responsible for their relocations, and George was as professional and customer-friendly as any of the moving crews I have worked with in those jobs. Having had a negative experience in my previous personal move, I was naturally skeptical and was a little apprehensive this time, but Ocean Movers renewed my faith that a perfect move is possible. Thanks for everything you did!
