Be careful! This company is not creditable. After completing application, I heard nothing! When I did finally get to talk to someone, they tell me they cannot issue pre-approval letter or mortgage in the state I am needing it in because they are not licensed in that state. This is after I uploaded my documents! Be careful!

We were shopping for a mortgage locally and online. We found this website and they said they said they would be 1 percent lower. When we closed it was 1.25 lower than other lenders. It was a smooth transaction!! Great customer service! Will definitely tell . My family and friends about this.

My name is Devon and I just want to share my experience I had with EquiFund Mortgage particularly with Jim Hammond. First of all Jim instantly earned my trust after reviewing our situation within 1 day ensuring us that we can get our refi done after 2 previous lenders couldn't. Our situation required extreme detail by crossing every T and dotting every I. Jim is a man of his word and a man of integrity. An example of this is when he ensured us through his experience that our home would appraise at a certain number to get the job done. After a horrible appraisal report Jim felt the need to get a second opinion but we had to pay for another appraisal. We agreed and once the numbers came back to our favor, without hesitation Jim refunded the appraisal fee out of his own pocket. Jim is someone I will stay in contact with going forward simply bcuz he treated myself and my wife like close friends. Anyone who is in need of buying a home or refying their home Mr Jim Hammond is the go to guy. Thanks again Jim for all your help and I will see you on the Golf course
