Great family Doctors. The receptionist not so great. They always have a hard time booking appointments, it seems like they are not proficient in their software because it takes 10 to 15 minutes or longer and that's not including the amount of time I am put on hold. After rescheduling my appointment once they called again to let me know my appointment was cancelled 7 minutes before they closed and the appointment was supposed to be the next morning. Really terrible service when you go to the clinic they take their time and don't greet you right away.

I agreed with previous reviewer’s comments on receptionists. Doctor is great but receptionist is lack of customer service skill. No smiling and no welcoming at all. I asked leave from work for seeing doctor, but the receptionist told me doctors were fully booked and my name was not on today’s list and I don’t have any appointment booked later. I asked them if they could help to double check with doctor because I don’t think I wasn’t have any appointment. They refused to do so and left me alone at front desk. They made me feel I was not welcomed and tried to see doctor without appointment. They’re so cold. So I left but later on, doctor called me and said the receptionist messed up my appointment with another client with quite similar name.

My 5 star give to Dr. Kennedy Engbers. I am lucky she is my new GP. I feel very safe and comfortable to have her. She is such a kind, caring and compassionate dr. Thank you for everything you are working hard for me.
