Gail is amazing. If I could duplicate her and take her with me to every state I have a house in I would. She is the best realtor and property manager I have had hands down. She really cares about her clients and ensures she establishes a great relationship with everyone. She works very hard to ensure she can get you what you need/want. She helped me buy my first house ever while I was still stationed in Spain. As a first time home buyer I was lucky to connect with someone so amazing and understanding. With the significant time difference she still was able to promptly answer any questions I had and ensured every step of the way I was well taken care of. Whether it be for property management, buying or selling Gail is my go to girl. I have been recommending her to everyone I know getting stationed in JAX. Please so not pass her up she is a real gem. Gail is an excellent realtor!!! Ive had a few realtors in the past with varied levels of communication. Or they are very communicative until the home is under contract or something and then they are suddenly busy Gail is the opposite. Shes so responsive. Ive texted her questions at 10pm or on the weekend/vacation and shes responded promptly Ive also brought up so many concerns long after working with her, even when we were supposed to move elsewhere and there was no incentive for her to help us, and she does. Because thats the kind of person she is. in addition, I feel comfortable asking her questions. The whole home buying and selling process is so stressful and weve done both with her. Weve made her repeat herself sooo many times and shes always so patient and works with us until we understand and feel comfortable. Her caring and compassion is above and beyond others in customer service jobs. I highly recommend her.
