The best of the best! Elizabeth listens to all of your wants/needs and really tries to check all of the boxes when showing you houses. She is extremely patient (as we were looking for a while). Elizabeth is punctual and holds your hand through the entire process of buying and selling. I would highly recommend her to anyone and will be using her again when we decide to list.

We have absolutely loved our experience of finding our beautiful house with our realtor, Elizabeth Taylor. She is very knowledgeable, informative and knows what she is doing. She understands the likes and dislikes of a family and presents them with options that will meet their requirements. She has a lot of patience showing the houses, she is not pushy and lets the families decide and take their time in making this important decision of their lives. I didnt know that a realtor could make or break your real estate experience. I thought, Someone buys a house. Someone sells a house. You need someone with a license to transact it. That was wrong. Elizabeth not only knows EXACTLY what shes doing, she keeps you apprised of all the ins and outs throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, her foresight and diligence, her professionalism - saved us from numerous pitfalls along the way on several properties. Shes kind and really does care about the outcome of both parties - always looking for a win/win. Weve moved out of the area but as long as were residents of Florida, Elizabeth will be our realtor.
