Best Real estate Agent Ever!!! Connie was an amazing agent. She helped us even before we put the house on the market, telling us what we needed to change/improve, what buyers will pick up as areas of concern and how to maximize the value of our home by doing some small stuff. She also knows everyone. Whatever trade you needed, Connie knew someone who she could call and bring there to help you at very reasonable prices. Once the house went under contract, we got into our 10 day repair window from the home inspection and that also happened to be the same week we needed to be out of town. Connie did it all. She scheduled the repairs, met the trades at the house and ensured they all got paid while we were away. Additionally, Connie has excellent communication skills. She is always available via text or talk. She gives us the guidance we need and want and then asks for our input/feedback and what we want to do. Sometimes, she would tell us not to do it that way because she knows how it will be received by others and that would not be best for our sale. A true professional that knows her business and how to help her client maximize the home value on a sale. Would definitely use again.

Connie Swanson made the process of selling my home simple and painless!!! . I chose Connie because she literally wrote the book on How To Sell Homes Fast For Top Dollar. I interviewed 2 other realtors but they both wanted to list my home for $60,000 less than what Connie suggested. She aggressively priced my home and she was spot on because it appraised for what she suggested to list at. I was out on the West coast during the time I had my home on the market. so Connie managed everything! She staged my home beautifully and I received a full price offer in just a few days. Because I was not local during the process of selling my home, she was tasked with having to manage contractors such as plumbers and electricians to perform needed repairs that showed up on the inspection. Awesome Agent. Connie is awesome! She came in to "clean up the mess" another realtor had made with my listing. She went above and beyond to stage the house, talk me down off the ledge multiple times, coordinate vendors and inspections, etc. She REALLY knows her stuff and will get the most out of your property. I can't say enough good things about Connie!! Thank you Connie!!

top notch real estate professional. Connie has made the whole selling experience so easy. She has kept us well informed at all times. She is always out in front, proactively facilitating everything that needs attention. She was a great liaison between the buyers, banks, and title company. She gives us market analysis and advise through-out the entire process. She takes the stress out, because she does everything in a timely manner.
