Chase was incredibly helpful in the process of buying our first home! He's very knowledgeable about the greater Jacksonville area, and actually listens to what you're looking for in a home and what you want to get out of it. At no point did I feel pressured by him to buy a house, and he was super patient with us in regards to answering questions at all times of the day and looking at properties with us. His background in law also gave me additional comfort in the process of buying the house and everything that it entails. Overall, we could not have bought our first home without Chase and we are so thankful for his help navigating this! Chase Smith has been an amazing real estate agent from day one to closing as we looked to buy a home in Jacksonville, Florida. Hes been prompt about replying to questions and he was on top of things down to every last detail.. Hes also an attorney, is very sharp, friendly, supportive, gentle and patient regarding my many questions. On top of that, hes extremely knowledgeable about buildings and appliances so he was able to explain things and double check that the seller followed through on promised repairs. We were so fortunate to have found someone with such an incredible work ethic whos not only bright and thorough, hes also very supportive through the stressful process of buying (or selling) a home. We cant thank him enough!! Highly recommended!
