It was an absolute pleasure to work with Candice during the selling of my house. It was a tough decision to sell as we loved the house we were in. But life has a way of changing your needs. Candice was very efficient and attentive to detail. She made me feel very comfortable and less stressed during the entire process. Candice was fantastic every step of the way! She was super knowledgeable and made the listing process fun. When the offers starting coming in, she had wonderful advice that lead us to finding the most suitable buyers. But, where she went above and beyond is during the month between contract and closing. We had already moved out of town but we knew the home was in good hands because Candice constantly checked on it; making sure things were working properly, the mail was being forwarded and the lawn was being mowed. Her attentiveness averted a possible disaster when she discovered that the AC wasnt working the day before closing which allowed us time to get it repaired prior to the walkthrough. I strongly recommend Candice and consider her a friend as well as a fantastic realtor.
