Gina Graham Realtor/Stager

We met Gina at an open house, near a property we viewed with another realtor. Our first impression was that Gina, unlike the other realtor, would be easy to work with. We called Gina a few days later, engaged to see some listings. Due to a family emergency, we had to postpone our search and travel back north. A couple of weeks later, we got notified of a new listing, and it really looked good to us. We called Gina, and she responded immediately, got an appointment and did a walk through with us on FaceTime the same day!! From that walk through, and then an offer, to the purchase of the home, Gina has been nothing short of incredible. From the first meeting, to the closing on the house we purchased, Gina was simply INCREDIBLE! We delayed taking possession of the home for 6 weeks. When we finally arrived, tired after a 1200 mile drive, we entered the house to find incredible personalized touches Gina had done for our arrival. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Gina!! Now, we will utilize her design skills to help us make this house OUR home!. Gina is the best!!

Gina Graham is the best out there, period. Patient and Attentive ! She helped find our dream home. We got tired of city living dealing with traffic and increased population. We wanted a larger space to call our own and have a few farm animals. After a short time of viewing homes, our biggest worry now is 'should we get chickens or goats first'. Major props to Gina for making a dream come true.

My husband and I were moving to Jacksonville from the west coast. We had not been to Jacksonville so we were not familiar with the areas. Gina was awesome. She went to homes we were interested in and called us when she got there to show us videos of each room. After we decided on a house, she made connections with painters and other people to get the house ready for our move in date. I was worried about the whole process being so far away, but Gina made it easier for us.

My family and I would like to thank "Gina Graham Realtor/Stager" for helping us with selling our house. She was hands on and did not sugar coat anything. She gave her honest opinion on the sell of our house. She helped us figure out ways to sell the house at a top value. I was hesitant at first but she sat down with me and showed me market values, cost estimates and gave me options on how I could sell the house and get the best profit for myself and family. She was kind but firm with me. I respect that about her. I am very happy to say that she sold our house for us during an pandemic. I don't know anyone else who can say that.
