Where to even begin? We were those uh-oh people as we purchased a house 10 months ago and soon regretted it. The buying/selling process was very fresh on our minds. We put our house on the market and LESS than a week, we received an offer! From that moment forward I mustve said, omg, this is going so much smoother than the last time a hundred times! I dont think we realized what it meant to have an awesome realtor until Adam. Heres the real kickerWe put an offer on a house (location of our dreams) that was accepted in a week of receiving our offer to sell. The best part, we never settled given the short timeframe.
