Shaun is a phenomenal realtor. I have worked with him three times. When we first purchased a home on our initial Florida move, when I sold that same home after my divorce, and again this time on this fantastic property I purchased last week. Shaun is always timely, honest, knowledgeable, and understanding. He knows how to take what I am requesting and find homes in alignment with what I communicated. Shaun is the best agent around, hands down. He helped my mother buy her current home 6 years ago, and just helped me purchase my first home. He even helped with my proposal on the same day that we closed on the house. 8:00 at night and he was there for us, and that just shows the kind of guy Shaun is.
