I really can't say enough about how wonderful Kyla is! My husband and I met her through a family member who previously worked with her in the transaction of a new home. I initially contacted Kyla about 2 years ago as we started the search process - needless to say it took a little longer than expected to find the right fit and timing for everything to fall into place. Throughout the entire process, Kyla was incredibly encouraging, positive, helpful and professional. She continuously checked in with us, sent options over for review, and was always willing to schedule a tour for any home we were interested in checking out. When the time came that we finally found the perfect home for our family, we were in a bit of a time crunch (30 days) to sell our current home. Kyla worked around the clock to make it possible - despite many twists throughout the journey, she remained steady and kept us informed every step of the way. Kyla hosted an open house the first weekend our home was listed, and we received an offer that made it possible to proceed. We have now been in our new home for a few weeks now, and we will be forever grateful to Kyla for her hard work and dedication! She is the absolute best and I would highly recommend her.

Kyla was awesome in assisting us in finding a home within the limited 45-day period we had to work with (unexpectedly). She was pleasant, consistent and understanding throughout the process. During our vigorous search, she was always available to answer our many questions. She was always quick to follow up and stayed on top of any issues. Kyla rocks! :-)

I met Kyla Pretty on the side of the road at a house she was showing. I explained what I was looking for and that night she emailed me with several options. We viewed these options, and I eventually chose a townhome that was being built by very large building company in the St Augustine area. As Im from another country and another state as well, I had no idea how a house purchase works in the USA. Kyla spent hours on calls, explaining the documents to me and what I needed to watch out for, as well as what insurance is needed and generally how the entire process works. This really helped to allay my concerns before signing. After that as I was back in NYC, she very kindly visited the building sight every two weeks, where we had facetime calls showing me the progress that the builder had made. When there was a major building issue that could have delayed closing, she again helped me through the issue and ensured the entire process stayed on track. On the closing day, she met me at the builders site office and assisted me with the closing and explained everything very clearly, which I cant tell you how much that helps the level of anxiety. I cant explain all that Kyla did for me on this review and how helpful she was, but Kyla also assisted me with several other aspects like where to find shops, restaurants, doctors, vets etc. in St Augustine. It just made a very stressful process much easier. I strongly suggest if you are looking for a new home in the St Augustine area, that you consider using Kyla Pretty.
