We recently closed on a new build in Jacksonville with the help of Zach. We couldnt have done this without his hard work and dedication over the last 2 years. He was able to sell our condo and help us find our new home all while we live in Alaska. Having him stand in for us during the build and inspections was invaluable. I recently had the pleasure of working with zack and I cannot recommend him enough. From the very beginning of our home search, he went above and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible. What sets zack apart from other realtors, however, is his dedication to his clients. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that we found the perfect home - going as far as to take video tours of properties we couldn't visit in person and providing detailed notes and photos for each one. Zack started out as our family Realtor and over time has become so much morehes a friend. After helping us find 2 different rentals when we first moved to the area, he has since helped us buy our retirement dream home in Rivertown and helped my parents buy and then sell the cutest vintage home in the Avondale area. If you want someone who has knowledge of both Duval and Saint Johns, Zack is your Realtor. He grew up in the area and knows every nook and granny. Because he himself invests in local real estate, he not only knows the best areas to live in, he knows the right areas to invest in. I honestly cannot imagine ever using anyone but Zack Williams!

Where do I even begin?! If you are looking for the BEST Realtor and experience in all of Jacksonville, you HAVE to use Zack Williams! From the moment we told him we wanted to list our house, he was on top of everything. His knowledge for this industry is far superior than his years in it. He answered every question and concern we had in a timely manner and always ensured we felt confident in every decision we made. He helped us sell our home AND buy our new one with a home sale contingency! We live in our dream neighborhood, in our dream house and if it wasn't for Zack and his drive, we wouldn't have beat out the other offers. Zack was an absolute pleasure to work with, I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Selling your home is a big decision and often times very overwhelming, Zack made sure my husband and I felt at ease EVERY step of the way. Zack was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, strategic but most important personable! Every interaction with Zack made my husband and I feel like Zack was a close friend of ours for years! During our appraisal period Zack went above and beyond to ensure that we received top dollar on the sale. He met the appraiser on-site, did his homework on what our house would cost to build today versus what is cost 5 years ago. He provided the appraiser with a complete list of every upgrade in our home and the cost to do it now versus when it was done. If you are looking for a realtor who truly cares about customer experience and getting every client top dollar then Zack is your guy. My husband and I will be purchasing land in the near future and without a doubt Zack will be our realtor!
