New construction can be scary as you never know what you are going to get! However, I worked with Heather and she was right there with me for the entire 16 months. When I wanted to purchase new, I called Heather and she was able to arrange a meeting, and I contracted for a home in 2 days. Due to Heather moving quickly and contacting the right people, I was able to secure a great home, in a great neighborhood, and most importantly, I secured a premium lot.
