Mindy is a great realtor, very helpful and hardworking. She's not the type who tries to push you into buying any old house. She was very practical and straightforward, really helped my fiance and I with the whole process since it was our first home buying experience. 11/10 recommended.

I have the difficult task of putting my experience and my truest thoughts of Mindy into words. Mindy Grinnan is wonderful beyond expectations! As a first time home buyer, I came in with as much knowledge as I could absorb from YouTube, articles, and friends and family. That being said - there is no substitute for a topnotch, brilliant realtor with experience. Mindy Grinnan held my hand from day one and showed and explained many things not covered in the 18 months of research I did on my own. (I research history as hobby writer) She has the heart of a teacher and comes from an engineering background and explained everything in a very digestible way and pointed me towards resources to further educate myself to make the best decisions for my home purchase. I ended up with a wonderful property in Mandarin (Jacksonville, FL) at a great price! We purchased from opendoor and the agents representing them were tough and fought tooth-and-nail to not contribute to repairs. However Mindy was tougher and represented my best interests and got me what I expected and more. The day of closing the opendoor agent messaged and admitted in a great sign of respect that "The Buyer had a great realtor." Within the next 3 - 7 years I'll be buying another home and I want nothing more than to work with Mindy Grinnan again. This review can only encapsulate a small breath of the true value Mindy brings to the table. She's absolutely the best and I'll be singing her praises at every opportunity. Thank you, Mindy.
