During the consultation, she explained in depth what the entire selling process would look like step by step. She also explained the benefits of renting and was able to have a thorough conversation about what the best fit for me was. She has great techniques and strategies for getting you the best offer possible. In my case, the day after the house went on the market, I had about 10 viewings from serious buyers and accepted an offer after the first day. Hands down one of the most professional and honest person I've had the pleasure of working with. She was always by our side every step of the way, and made sure the lender and builder didn't take advantage of us. Very helpful and knowledgeable, and communication was fantastic. Building a new home 12 hours away was stressful on its own, but she provided us with constant updates via text, video, or pictures. Highly recommend for any and all needs in the Jax/Mayport area.

Im incredibly pleased with the service I received from Staci for my home purchase. The home buying process can be daunting, but Staci was fantastic every step of the way and made the process so much easier! She is professional, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. She went above and beyond in so many ways. I highly recommend her services. A double bonus is her work with Homes for Heroes. Yes, she gives you about 25% of her commission. Talk about serving and loving her community!

Staci is BEYOND amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Jacksonville area and has a wealth of knowledge about Realty in general. She is also very easy to communicate with. Shes one of those people you wish youd met three years ago. The agency, Navy-to-Navy Homes, also works with Homes for Heroes, a program for military families that got us a little $$ back. During our first phone call, she told me not to worry about my laundry piles when I was worried about having her come to see my house before I could have it ready to list. She had a list of recommendations for prepping and staging the house to sell, and she checked in with me over the next couple of weeks, even stopping by to offer advice and help where she could. One time she came by, screwdriver in hand, to help me change out a light fixture! Once I was ready, Staci sent a team to deep clean my house- a godsend!!!!! She arranged the cleaners, and the photographer, and had us listed very quickly. The market in Jacksonville has had its flavor of complexity since COVID. Staci helped keep us updated, helped us navigate selling/signing/managing things from out-of-state, and her recommendations were always clearly what she thought was in OUR best interest. She stuck with us to the end. Google only lets me leave 5 stars, but Staci is definitely a 10!
