I had a very positive experience with Tiamerra. I wanted to buy my first home. I reached out to Tiamerra. She asked me what my expectations were for her. I told her to be honest with me. She definitely was throughout the whole process. I came in thinking that I would get my dream home off rip. Upon talking to Tiamerra I realized that I can get into a home and get my dream home later on. I wanted to be realistic. I wanted a home I can be proud of and can afford. She told me every step of the homebuying process and she also advocated for me every step of the way. She also tried to come up with solutions as roadblocks came up. I can say that this was a positive first homebuying experience. I had no clue what to expect. I was pre approved and we went to look at homes for a few months. I finally found a home I loved in June. I closed in August. I am very satisfied. Without Tiamerra I don't believe I would have made it through. What God has for you is for you! My home is for me. I am extremely happy. I still can't believe I am a homeowner. Thank you Tiamerra.

I first met Tiamerra in a Military Relocation Professional Program. I was a new agent with ideas all over the place and I didn't know how to apply them. We exchange numbers and she gave me the help I need to start the first step. We work for two different Real Estate Brokerages but I still call on her for guidance and to guide me in the right direction. She never says no and she is full of knowledge. Thank you again Tiamerra.
