Ed and Susan were both fantastic to work with from the beginning to the end. From day 1 Ed was on the ground running to get me 360 videos of any properties I found interesting since I could not be in the city while I was searching for my house. He always had the video recorded and uploaded within 10 hours of me expressing any interest in a home. Once I found the home that was right for me, Susan was great about getting everything set up so I could track what dates everything needed to be done by. Overall, Ed and Susan made buying my first house a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have an amazing experience when buying a house!

Buying and selling a house in North Florida became a mission like finding a lost contact. Thankfully Ed and Susan Severson made this process as seamless at possible. At times we would feel bad when they would meet us at some of the houses we wanted to see because the inventory and location was just not there, but they made it happen and we now live in our forever home and was able to get out of our previous home in less than 30 days.
