        Emmanuel has been an excellent resource in the recent sale of our townhome. He is very savvy with respect to the real estate market in Jacksonville, FL. He helped my family as we learned how to remove our emotional attachment to our mothers home and come to terms with the current real estate market . He helped us develop a realistic view of our property and remove the roadblocks that were impeding finding the right buyer. He was very instrumental in vetting potential buyers and eliminating those who were posing as legitimate buyers while they employed methods to steal the property. Emanuel was very patient with the three of us as we matured in real estate dealings. He was always very energetic. He was always very professional, very optimistic and very diligent as we sifted through real and fake offers. Emanuel has been the best mentor, guide and partner we could have asked for in the real estate world.
