If youre looking for a realtor to buy or sell, I HIGHLY recommend Mary. I was lucky to meet Mary during an open house for a property that I ended up falling in love with and dead set on making my new home. Mary worked fervently and came up with so many creative ideas to make my offer stand out. The home has MULTIPLE offers over asking price after just one day on the market. I wouldnt be able to call it my home if it werent for Mary. While working to help me settle into the new house, she helped me list and sell my condo also after just one day on the market, also over asking price. Two stressful transactions and she made it feel like the easiest thing in the world. She is always so thorough, sets proper expectations and keeps you updated along the way, and maintains your best interests in mind while always keeping a positive attitude.
