More Than a Realtor. From day one Amanda helped us understand the selling process, what to expect, and how it would go. She was beyond knowledgeable about the market, what buyers were looking for, and how to make the selling process as painless as possible. She even went so far as to find and recommend us a realtor in our new city. I wish there were a sixth star to add! I highly recommend working with her!

Amanda was a delight to work with. Her knowledge about the historic home I was looking at was thorough. She gave me the pros and cons of older homes, wanting to make sure I was aware of what it took to care for one that was more than 100 years old. There were some challenges with the sellers and financing as this was a short sell and she worked very hard to make things as smooth as possible. She also worked well with my broker to ensure my closing happened when it was scheduled and that the process was quick and easy. June 2020 will be my 10th anniversary in my home! I would recommend her to anyone. She is honest, caring and professional.

Amanda is a great person, realtor and resource! She is very responsive. We were lucky enough to meet her in February. Being new to the area, she took the time to show us around, showed us a variety of homes and took the time to get to know us and our wishes. Once we found our new home, she was available for follow-up questions, did a virtual walk-through for us, provided guidance and all with a friendly smile.
