We recently sold our home and couldnt have done it without Allison and Victor. They were available for all of our questions and were quick to provide suggestions. They both went above and beyond to help us. I will always recommend them when someone needs a realtor.

My agent primarily worked with Allison so I didn't have much interaction until I had to call the owners of the house I was under contract on. Allison asked my agent to have me send over a contract cancellation on the house she was the selling agent on because her buyers didn't agree with negotiations after the house was repriced after appraisal. If they didn't agree they should have sent the cancellation over so I found that to be a bit confusing. I also found the request confusing because the sellers already had the house packed up and were under contract on their new house and had inspections and so forth done already. I could see the house packed up in the appraisal pictures. So being the buyer and really wanting this house I reached out to the owner and neither the husband nor the wife had any idea she asked me to cancel the contract. She then called my agent after I spoke with the sellers stating that it was unethical of me to contact them and never do that again. I wonder if it was "unethical" of her to ask me to cancel the contract on the house per the owners request when the owners had no idea what I was talking about when I called them. Needless to say, they did agree to my counter after appraisal and I have closed on the house but it was not an easy process thanks to Allison. My next visit will be to the ethic board to figure out how to file a formal complaint because I wonder how many others she has done this to and the sellers or buyers aren't as persistent as I was about something I wanted and just took her word for it. Icing on the cake - the day she asked me to cancel contract she switched real estate firms due to lack of compensation.

Allison deserves 10 stars, not just 5! I am a first time homebuyer (I just closed on 2/9) and she has been completely understanding and helpful throughout the entire process, from A to Z. If I had any questions, she promptly answered and followed up to make sure it was clear and concise. Her knowledge of the industry is 110%! She is professional, honest, trustworthy, reliable, and thorough. I would definitely recommend Allison to anyone in and outside of Jacksonville! And I will/would utilize her in the future as well!
