Chrystelle Ancelot, one of the best realtors in the city of Jacksonville Florida. I had a absolutely wowed customer experience having her as my realtor. Chrystelle is very professional, with a great personality and attitude as well exceptional people skills on all levels. She kept us in the loop of what was going on by doing follow ups with us daily during the process of purchasing our 2nd home. She had quick responses to phone calls and emails. She sat with us and told us what all would take place step by step. The process was smooth from beginning to end. We could call her unexpectedly and she would shift her time around to accommodate us to see homes at the last minute. She did not stop until we found our diamond in the rough.
