Bruce and Martha were excellent to work with. Because I was relocating to the Jacksonville area from a city 3-1/2 hours away, I was not able to be there to meet with various contractors to get quotes for work I needed to do on the house. They willingly met with the contractors on my behalf and got all the information I needed. They got me through a time delayed closing and continue to follow up with me to this day. Not only are Bruce and Martha wonderful realtors, they are also two kind and caring people.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Martha & Bruce selling my parents townhouse at Colonial Point, Jax, Florida. They did a fabulous job selecting the right price to sell their home. It sold in one day! They are the first realtors I have ever worked with who are on top of all their responsibilities as agents. I never once had to follow up with any timelines. Working with Martha & Bruce Walters was a true delight. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable and always responsive to my needs. I was having to sell in a declining market, as prices dropped & interest rates jumped frequently. We had weekly meetings to discuss the quickly changing market, and it was always very obvious that they had done their homework. They would present the changes in the market for my neighborhood, and tour competitive homes to be sure our pricing was still in line with comparable homes. I always knew that the decisions were mine, but with their input and guidance, those decisions were so much easier to make. Having a 2-realtor team was new to me, but a very good experience. They are both so kind and helpful, and I would certainly call on them again in the future.

It didn't take long for the Walter's to sell my condo. Actually they had it sold within 24 hrs. of my listing with them. The process was fast and smooth. I could not have asked for more. Great job.
