I needed to find a house in two weeks. I gave Ms. Bradford my particulars of a house including the location, and budget. That meant I had very little time to waste and she was determined to find a house that suited me and she did. I appreciated her for her professionalism, and her knowledge of the housing market, and the ability to find me a house and help me close so I could move in.

Please forgive this super late post! When I reached out to Terrelle I wasnt expecting to be under contract on a new build within a week! Terrelles professionalism and expertise is impeccable! Im a full time employee and student, time is extremely limited but with Terrelle by my side my home buying transaction was a seamless process! Terrelle was adamant and firm with the site agent/builder and always kept me in the loop! And it hasnt stopped after the purchase, she still has been a vessel to draw information and guidance from!
