I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Tin Pham. After our initial consultation call, I had a strong sense that he was the one. Despite the skepticism from friends and family about making such a significant purchase online, Tin made every effort to accommodate all of my requests. This included providing photographs, videos, and numerous phone calls and text messages. We flew to visit the house 10 days before closing, and there were no surprises! Everything was exactly as discussed and promised, thoroughly pictured, inspected, and documented. Shortly after returning home, we closed on the house. Our family was pleased with both the house and the overall process. Usually, the closing day marks the end of business for most realtors. However, this was not the case with Tin. He continued to provide assistance with our rental process, ensuring that we had plenty of time to prepare for our big move with the children.
