As young, first time homebuyers we were skeptical when looking for a realtor. We wanted someone who has a lot of experience in Jacksonville area and who would not take advantage of our age and inexperience. Very glad we went with Tobin as our realtor, as he helped us find a home in our budget and with the amenities we were looking for. He was very responsive anytime I had questions, and he was not pushy. I cant recommend Tobin enough. If we decide to move or when we have friends who are looking for a home, well be recommending Tobin.

Tobin came highly recommended, and did not disappoint. In fact, we had to terminate a contract with a Realtor prior to finding him, it was night and day. Tobin got us an offer in the first two weeks of it having it listed, the previous realtor didnt get us one in the 3 months we had it listed. Tobin worked hard, and gave us great advice. Easy to talk to, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If we are ever looking in the Jax area again, Tobin will be our only call. Thanks again Tobin!!!

We were moving to Jacksonville from the DC area. Tobin was highly recommended and he did not disappoint! He was very easy to talk with. He sent us multiple properties prior to our arrival and we worked together on crafting an efficient plan to see all the properties within the 4 days in Jacksonville. He was honest, answered all questions, and had great communication throughout the entire process and even after closing. We would not have been successful without his frank opinions and suggestions. Tobin helped me sell my house . He is very professional and knows the market. He knew what I was looking for and did not make me waste time on offers not relevant. He is also very creative.
