One word for Christina AMAZING! My Wife had a dream when she retired and that was to move and buy a home in FLA. Christina helped make that dream a reality on February 9th 2024. To say she is amazing is an understatement. She goes way beyond giving that personal touch when it comes to realtor and client relationship. We closed on a Beautiful brand new home on the 9th of February and Christina was there from the beginning to the end. With all this being said both me and wife feel like Christina is Family now.

I had never sold a property before so I needed Christina's advice and help a LOT in order to get it prepped and listed. She handled ALL the details for me; she knew all the right people to help me out; she handled a lot of meetings in person while I was at work; she gave great advice and saved me a lot of money! She is smart and knowledgeable and kind and so easy to work with! She got my condo under contract very quickly after the holidays were over... and everything went smoothly under her guidance. Christina was always there when I had questions and was quick to respond. She made sure everything was going smoothly and always asked if I had questions. This has got to be the smoothest sell of a house and I have sold 4 prior to this .
