In a difficult market with few properties available at any given time and most properties selling quickly, Manny was patient with us and ready to show us anything we asked for. Our criteria evolved as we looked at what was available and explored unfamiliar neighborhoods, and Manny was always ready to look at any house and share his knowledge of the neighborhood. He guided us through some unfamiliar procedures, was able to give us rough estimates on cost of repairs and improvements, and had the contacts to get multiple estimates on repairs. We look forward to using Manny again and referring him to friends.
