I always come here for my hookah tobacco needs. Very awesome owner and the staff is always helpful as well! Also for anyone giving bad reviews on bad vapes. That's a manufacturer prb and not at all the shops fault. Just saying . There is a protocol of once you leave the store and that vape stops working there's nothing else they can do.

Great customer service. I came into the shop multiple times and both the guy and the girl are knowledgeable about the product and friendly.

I really enjoyED coming here ! The customer service is always on point ! They have great products & great prices ! However, I purchased a vape on Friday & right away it was clogged, I should have asked for a different one right away - learned my lesson!!! The vape has not been working properly & even burned my tongue since the oil went everywhere!!!! When I went back to the shop I was told by a guy who I had never seen at the shop before that it was a final sale and I basically lost my money !!!! Very unfair ! I work in healthcare/beauty and if a product is faulty the company will replace it -they should try to have MELLOW FELLOW replace somehow. Do not buy the mellow fellow vapes !
